Youth Nation – WE DID IT!
As of this weekend we are over 50 Unique Teams (100 anglers) needed to compete in both Saturday and Sunday Team Trails. What does that mean? Two teams from each HSTT will qualify to advance to the 2026 B.A.S.S. High School Nationals.

Below is info we share earlier this year:

In order to qualify 2 teams from each Saturday and Sunday Trail for 2026 Nationals, we need 50 unique Teams/100 unique Anglers to compete in at least 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday trail this season.
National BASS Mandates:
Teams– 25, Members – 50, Berths =1
Teams – 50, Members -100, Berths 2
Teams 150, Members – 300, Berths 3.

Remember, The more teams that compete in our HSTT’s the more Team we qualify as a result.  We need every possible MBN Youth Member competing in at least 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday trail tournaments each year!

The HS State Championship (HSSC) will also qualify 2 teams (Champions and 2nd) for the 2026 B.A.S.S. High School Nationals.  If a Team qualifies for via the HSSC and also qualifies via the HSTT we go to the next (non-qualified) team with the highest AOY accumulated points to fill the spot.  IE. The HSSC qualification trumps the HSTT.
