HSTT/OPTT 3 off limits is same as the State Championship
2021 H.S. and Junior State Championship Tournaments, off limits starts on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at 6AM ET and ends Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at 6AM ET.

All pre-fishing shall cease at 5:00 p.m. the evening prior to the start of the tournament.
